Block bookings have been made at the conference venue, Heritage Queenstown, and Crowne Plaza Queenstown. Special rates (GST inclusive) have been negotiated. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.

Making a reservation

Bookings should be made via your registration form until 12 July 2023. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.

To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee is required; the hotel will either use this as security to guarantee the booking or will charge the full amount 30 days prior to check-in depending on the individual hotel’s policy.

Executive Room NZ$284 per night
These 40 square metre rooms have a large sofa, private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower with 1 super king or 2 single beds.

Deluxe Family Room NZ$284 per night
These 33 square metre rooms have either two super king beds or a super king and 2 single beds. The rooms have ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower.

All 26 square metre rooms have a private balcony with lake views, an ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower with 1 super king or 2 single beds.

Studio Suite NZ$314 per night
These spacious 44 square metres open plan studio suites have a super king bed which can be split into two single beds, as well as a sofa bed. The suite includes kitchen facilities.
