To start with, instructors will guide users through analysis of a dataset, exploring how clustering, dimensionality reduction, and quantitative statistical analysis can give us deep insights into biology.
Ramping up, instructors will introduce users to advanced applications of high-dimensional analysis, including aligning data across batches, and a preview of how to integrate data with single-cell reference datasets from the Human Cell Atlas (HCA) to facilitate rapid and automated cell state classification.
