When is the conference?
The conference will be held between the 7th and 10th of November 2021. Sessions will be as follows:
– Sunday 7th November – various times for virtual workshops
– Monday 8th November – 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
– Tuesday 9th November – 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
– Wednesday 10th November – 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
How will remote presenters be handled?
If you have been chosen to give a talk based on a submitted abstract we ask that you provide a pre-recording of your talk by the 15th of October. This will then be streamed by the ICC Sydney audio visual team.
You must also make yourself available for your sessions in order to answer questions live.
How will questions be asked ?
All questions will be facilitated by the session Chair, with online questions run through Slido.
Regional Watch Parties
This year ACS is encouraging regional watch parties in all major centres. These watch parties will allow delegates to come together and share all things cytometry without having to travel to Sydney. In order to encourage participation those attending regional watch parties will be able to watch the live stream of the conference on day 1. Those wishing to have access to all content and to see all three days of the conference will need to register as an online delegate.
